Two industry veterans have joined forces to create a new company that will help independent artists take control of their brands.

Quinelle "Coach Q" Holder and George "G-Man" Waters announce the launch of Label Services Unlimited. Their new web-based business aims to level the playing field for creatives by offering data-driven label operations such as budgeting and project management, marketing, and royalty operations.

"We've been quietly collaborating for a while now, but it feels amazing to officially join forces and demonstrate the power of teamwork in Hampton Roads and beyond," Holder and Waters tell iHeartRadio. "It's easy to preach about community unity, but it takes a whole new level of commitment to actually make it happen."

Coach Q is well-known for his work with all-star entertainers such as OG Ron C & The Chopstars, Hit-Boy, BIA, Rico Love, and the late Juice WRLD. He's also acted as the Director of Publicity for Pusha T's Heir Wave Music Group, Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins' and his faith-based label 'Alienz Alive,' and media liaison for Grammy Award-winning artist LunchMoney Lewis. He also served as the Board Advisor to the Recording Academy's Washington D.C. Chapter, and Senior Publicist for SONY’s The Orchard (Urban Division).

G-Man has spent years in the entertainment industry managing artists and producing music. He established his SONY/The Orchard imprint G-Man Entertainment Music Group and eventually the renowned promotional company "G-Man Live." Over the years, G-Man has worked with the likes of Keith Sweat, Wu-Tang Clan, Bobby Brown, Ashanti, J. Cole, Dru Hill, Busta Rhymes, Curren$y, and Dave East.

Label Services Unlimited is hitting the ground running with its current operations. The company also plans to expand its services to include legal advice, social media management, sync licensing, and content creation. LSU will also host workshops in various major cities beginning in 2026.
