There are plenty of ways to make money but it's what you do with your earnings that determines how much wealth you and your family will have for generations to come.

With Financial Literacy Month currently underway, the Black Effect Network has several podcasts dedicated to spreading the word about money management, entrepreneurship and more. John Hope Bryant's podcast Money And Wealth is full of his "Straight Talk" lessons about how to develop a wealth-building mindset and navigate through a free enterprise system. The entrepreneur and philanthropist also blends his expert analysis with pop culture anecdotes in episodes like "6 Kinds of Capitalism," in which he examines the salary offer GloRilla made to her personal assistant.

If you're seeking financial advice and the motivation to get more money, That Moment with Daymond John should be in your playlist. The Shark Group and FUBU founder offers his valuable lessons about life, business and more. John's "Motivational Moments" will brighten anyone's day and episodes like "Dollars and Sense: Daymond John's Financial Literacy Vision" will teach fans a thing or two about the tools he used to become the successful CEO he is today.

Black Tech Green Money is another inspirational podcast that gives "actionable advice and wealth-building strategies from a Black perspective." Host Will Lucas, the Brand Manager at AfroTech, shares powerful stories from successful Black entrepreneurs and technologists who are focused on empowering their communities.

In his latest episode, Lucas sits down with J. Byron — a lead developer for a $900 million economic development project on Chicago’s South Side called Woodlawn Central. Lucas and Byron discuss Woodlawn's plan to use plenty of technology including AI, AR, and VR to assist with the community's health, safety, education and tourism within the project.

Black Tech Green Money will be in the building for 2024 Black Effect Podcast Festival in Atlanta later this month. Will Lucas is set to do a live episode alongside other podcasts like Pour Minds, The Baller Alert Show, Carefully Reckless with Jess Hilarious, WHOREible Decisions, and Deeply Well with Devi Brown. The second annual podcast festival is happening Saturday, April 27, at Pullman Yards in Atlanta. Tickets are on sale now.
